Ladeo Fitness and Spa Terms and Condition on Services Provided

Protecting your rights and ensuring that we provide you with quality time while in our space is our top priority, with which have us to collect user data. The data we collect at Ladeo fitness and spa is confidential and is not used for any commercial and advertising purpose neither do we send your data to any third party. The data we collect is solely for the purpose of “recognize, identify, and inform” you and knowing the immediate person to call in-case of emergence.

Please read through our terms and conditions listed below to enable us serve you better.

1, Ensure all necessary parts of the form in asterisks is filled and that the information provided is correct. Ladeo fitness and spa will not be accountable if information provided is not relevant and cannot contact you via means you have provided.

2, Always request your receipts of payment for any transaction under Ladeo fitness and spa. You are obliged to only provide receipts for the Facility -Subscription/Membership payment and if with in-house trainer/gym instructor.

3, Only valid subscription will guarantee entry into Ladeo fitness and spa facility. Payment / proof of payment should be made available by “clients / customers” before entries into Ladeo fitness and spa facility.

4, Access card used to gain entry will be retrieved upon entry. This is not to pose inconvenience but to prevent impersonation. You are obliged to follow criteria to confirm validity of their subscription before entry. Usage of exit doors to gain entry without confirming validity will result in termination of subscription without refund.

5, Smoking and drinking within the facility is not allowed, use the designated area or outside the premises of the facility. Ladeo fitness and spa staff can come up to you and inform you that smoking and drinking is not allowed. Please corporate with the staff on the duty to show designated area / walk you outside the premise where you can freely smoke/ drinking.

6, Ladeo fitness and spa recognize that in spirit of referral us, you might want your “friends, family, colleagues, acquittance” to check out the gym. Ladeo fitness and spa staff will show you to the visiting area. If you want your “friends, family, colleagues, acquittance” to check out your gym. They either subscribe or make payment for walk-in to gain entry.

7, If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, you may write to us via our email: [email protected] or drop a letter to the front desk. We would do our best to resolve any complaints. Any form of behavior that distract / disrupt the ambience of the facility will not be tolerated. And may result in losing your membership.

8, Loud music is discontinued from 11am – 5:30pm. And coming into the facility during the hours of 8pm is not encouraged as you will not gain entry as the gym will close by 9pm.

9, Ladeo fitness and spa ensures that we have flowing water in our water outlets but in case there is no flow, call the attention of any Ladeo fitness and spa staff and please bear with us. As we will ensure that water is restored.

10, The safety of your items and gadgets is your responsibility, we do our best to ensure your overall safety but it lies in your hands to take extra care of your items /gadgets. Ladeo fitness and spa is not liable for any damage or loss of your items.
